We are working on a spreadsheet to keep track of series points to award the prestigious honour of Club Champion. Points will only be awarded to members as shown below. Awards will be given for the following categories:

Under 10 Male and Female, Under 12 Male and Female, Under 14 Male and Female, Under 16 Male and Female, Intermediate Male and Female

Points calculated as follows:

• 1 point for starting plus 1 point for finishing, plus

• 3 pts for first club member in the category, 2 pts for second, and 1 pt for third
   

Open Male and Female

• 1 point for starting plus 1 point for finishing, plus

• 3 pts for fastest time for each gender, 2 for second fastest, 1 for third fastest, plus

• 3 pts for first club member in EACH category, 2 pts for second in category, and 1 pt for third.

NOTE: points earned in one category will not be added to pints earned in another. For example, if someone races in U16 or Intermediate in one race then Open in the next, these points will be tallied separately rather than added together. (Don't ask me how I'm going to organise this!)
